Steve is a highly trained and knowledgeable physiotherapist with years of experience helping patients recover from injuries, manage chronic pain, and improve their overall mobility and wellbeing.

Mental Health Nurse/Counsellor.

I am an experienced Counsellor with many years dealing with a diverse range of issues. I am incredibly passionate about helping men who are struggling, as I know how hard it can be to deal with the things that impact our lives. I work well with people with relationship difficulties, anxiety, low mood, workplace stress and substance abuse. My therapy style is unflappable, there isn't anything that you can say that will throw or upset me, and I enjoy handling the difficult or complex situations.

I specialise in Individual and Couples work, and like to get alongside my client(s) in developing a customised treatment plan to suit their needs. I get to the Heart of the issue and prefer to be as direct as possible. I am an open book in how I address my clients, you will know what and how I am thinking through the process.
